Espa Living helps property investors buy, improve, furnish and professionally manage real estate on the Costa del Sol.
Built by property investors
Espa Living was founded by Gerdi and Antti, who are property investors themselves.
After years of buying, renovating, furnishing, renting and selling properties, we saw the same challenge repeatedly: the property industry is divided into separate services that rarely look at the complete investment.
The estate agent helps with the purchase. The contractor focuses on the renovation. The interior designer chooses the furniture. The property manager arrives at the end and has to work with the decisions everyone else has already made.
At Espa Living, the intended use and financial goals are considered from the beginning. A property purchased for vacation rental should be selected, renovated and furnished differently from a permanent home or a resale project.
By connecting the different stages, we can help owners make better decisions, avoid unnecessary costs and prepare the property for the purpose it was bought for.

Our international team lives and works on the Costa del Sol, so the properties we buy, prepare and manage are supported by people who are genuinely present. We combine local knowledge with Northern European working standards: clear communication, reliable follow-through and a practical approach to getting things done. Collectively, our team speaks eight languages, allowing us to communicate comfortably with owners, buyers, guests and local partners from different countries.
