No smoking
Please keep in mind our properties are smoke free. The rule also applies for e-sigarette because it will activate the smoke alarm. The fine is 500 euros to clean linen, upholstery, carpeting, curtains etc.
No pets
We love all kind of pets but unfortunately we cannot allow pets to our properties because some guests may be allergic. We like to provide comfortable and safe stay for everyone.
Only Registered Guests
According to a local rules we need to register each and every guest staying in our property.
Report damages
We are very thankful if you treat the holiday rental like your own home. If you accidentally damage anything then please be so kind to inform us about it.

Parties and loud noise are not allowed. Please be respectful to other residents in the urbanization.
